Prysm Jewelry & Piercing

A piercing through the foreskin tissue of the penis. This is an anatomy specific piercing, and we will include a consultation prior to the piercing to determine best placement and jewelry options.

Foreskin

Make this appointment to shorten the post on your pre-existing piercing. This will provide optimal sizing and comfort for your piercing to finalize healing.

This is typically a free service if your piercing was performed here, Gold posts are subject to a $35 fee. 

This is a very fast appointment, if you're seeking other services (shopping or new piercing) please book for it, instead of this. We can just add this in, along with other services.

Downsize Post

This consultation appointment is mandatory prior to cheek piercing. We will go through your anatomy and determine the viability of this piercing  and potential complications regarding cheek piercings. 
The piercing appointment can be set up once this consultation is complete.

Cheek (consultation only)

Piercings through the bottom lip can take various placements, including, but not limited to: Labret, Side lip, Vertical Labret, Vermillion, and other lower lip combinations.

Lip (bottom lip)

A piercing that goes vertically through the eyebrow. (This is the "traditional" placement; for "horizontal" eyebrows, please look at a surface piercing or anchors!)

Eyebrow

Piercings done at the base of the nipple just in front of the areola. Can be placed horizontally, vertically, or angled.

This price is for the piercing service for the pair and does not include jewelry.  (age 18+)

Nipples (pair)

A piercing of the tongue or lip webbing. Lip frenulums are often referred to as "smileys" or "frowneys". These piercings are anatomy-dependent and a consultation with your piercer will determine your options.

Frenulum/Oral Webbing

A piercing that goes through the hood covering the clitoris, rather than the clitoris itself, horizontally. Frequently, abbreviated to HCH (horizontal clitoral hood). Like all genital piercings, this piercing is anatomy-dependent.

Horizontal Hood (HCH)

A piercing through the scrotum below the penis.  This would include a Hafada piercing and scrotal variants. When getting multiple, this is sometimes referred to as a "ladder". Like all genital piercings, this piercing is anatomy-dependent.

Scrotum

A piercing that goes horizontally under the clitoral stem behind the clitoris. Like all genital piercings, this piercing is anatomy-dependent.

Triangle

For jewelry sales changed/inserted in an existing piercing. This is a 30 minute appointment, enough time for us to sterilize and put in your new jewelry. If you didn't need us to put it in please book a "Jewelry Shopping (No Insertion Service)" appointment. 

While it is free to book, there is a fee for the service in-studio as well as the cost of jewelry if purchased. All general shopping sales will require an appointment.

Jewelry Insertion / Shopping ($15)

A horizontal piercing the bridge of the nose. Also knows as an Erl (earl).  If looking for a "vertical bridge" or "third-eye" piercing, please look at a surface piercing or anchors!

Bridge

A piercing through the center bowl of the ear. These can be done with both ring and stud style jewelry.

This price is for one individual piercing service and does not include jewelry. (age 14+)

Conch

This is free to book and we do not charge for this service. This is simply a dedicated conversation (does not include any insertions or jewelry).

Piercing Curation

An industrial piercing is simply more than one piercing connected to one another. The most common example is the connection of an outer helix and a forward helix piercing, but these can be much more of a project if desired.

Industrial

Piercings through the upper lip can take various placements, including, but not limited to, through the philtrum (“medusa”), through the vermilion body, and through the upper skin (“beauty spot”/ “Monroe”).

Lip (upper lip)

A piercing placed where the outer labia meet on the pubic mound, or at the top base of the penis where the shaft meets the torso.

Christina or other pubic mound

A piercing through the small flap or nub of cartilage in front of the ear canal.

Tragus

This is a piercing through each lobe of both ears lobes. 

We will start of with a consultation/mock up piercing to assess the clients comfort level and determine their positive experience rate. Providing the Piercer on staff feels that both piercings will be successful we will continue on to the piercing procedure.  If not, we may recommend a wait period to ensure a positive experience. Lobes (pair) Kids (Under 10yrs old)

A piercing in the penis that horizontally passes through the glans.

Ampallang

A piercing done on done anywhere through the outer cartilage of the nose, though most often near the horizontal crease.

Nostril

A piercing in the penis that vertically pierces the top ridge of the glans and exists on the underside where the glans meets the shaft.

Apadravya

We offer vertical tongue piercings only. Many other types of tongue piercings can be dangerous, which is why we do not perform them. Feel free to call or contact for more information.

Tongue

A piercing of the navel (belly button) in a top or lower placement.  These piercings are especially anatomy dependent, and a consultation with your piercer will determine your options.

Navel (Belly Button)

A piercing that passes through the ear's innermost cartilage fold (toward the inner ear). Pronunciation is "Doth" rhymes with "Moth" 
but spelled Daith. Not pronounced "Dayth". Developed in 1993 by Eric Dakota. This piercing is not a "cure" for migraine headaches even though facebook (2015) will tell otherwise. Clients have varied results.

Daith

A piercing of the ridged edge (corona) of the glans/penis head. Normally done in pairs.

Dydoe

The Consultation/Troubleshooting fee is $15. Unless we are consulting on a piercing performed by us. Then it is free of charge.

Consultations are a great way to schedule time to sit down with one of our piercers -- easily set aside time to have your questions answered, check up on piercings or troubleshoot any issues for an existing piercing.

Consultation/Troubleshooting ($15) (Free for existing clients)

A piercing close to the tip of the nose that travels through the thin tissue between nose cartilage and the thicker tissue of the nose base. These can be adorned with rings or open style jewelry which can be flipped up and hidden.

Septum

A piercing done with a specialized surface bar to have two exit points and can be put in any placement on the skin.  Because these are affected by anatomy and lifestyle, a consultation prior to the piercing with your piercer will dictate your options. Consultation included.

Surface Piercing (Surface Bar)

A piercing through each lobe of both ears.

Lobes (pair) (10yrs old +)

A piercing done at the base of the nipple just in front of the areola. Can be placed horizontally, vertically, or angled.

Nipple (single)

A piercing either through the inner folds that from the clitoral hood and surround the vaginal opening (labia minora or inner labia), or through the thicker tissue folds (labia majora or outer labia) that cover the hood and inner labia. Like all genital piercings, the piercing is anatomy-dependent.

Labia

A single piercing through one earlobe.

Lobe (single) (10yrs old +)

A single point, surface anchor (sometimes referred to as a microdermal or dermal), in almost any placement on the body.  Because these are affected by anatomy and lifestyle, a consultation with a piercer prior to your piercing will dictate your options. Under no circumstance will we perform these on feet or hands.

Surface Anchor

The helix piercing can go by many names, especially depending on exact placement and the shape of the ear. Most simply, this is a piercing of any part of the outer ridge of the external cartilage, from where it joins the head down to the fleshy lobe tissue.

Helix (Ear Cartilage)

For retiring/removing an existing piercing.  While it is free to book, there is a fee for the service in-studio.

Jewelry Removal ($10)

A vertical cartilage piercing of a fold of the upper ear located above the tragus and conch and just back from the forward helix.

This price is for one individual piercing service and does not include jewelry. (age 14+)

Rook

For jewelry/aftercare sales only. Make this appointment to come in and check it out, do a little quick shopping.  This 15 minute appointment will NOT allow for enough time for us to put your jewelry in. If you require help putting it in, please book a "Jewelry Shopping with Insertion" appointment (30 min).  

While it is free to book, there is a fee for the cost of jewelry if purchased. All general shopping sales will require an appointment.

Jewelry Shopping (No Insertion Service)

A piercing through the area where the penis meets the scrotum on the underside.  Both ring and barbell styles can be worn in this area. 

There are multiple types of genital piercings that are available for all types of bodies. Feel free to schedule a consult to learn what types of piercings there are and what piercings your body is suited for.

Lorum

A piercing through the cartilage across/diagonal from the tragus and just above the flexible lobe tissue. This piercing is anatomy-dependent, as the best candidates for this piercing need to have a well-pronounced, protruding ridge of cartilage to pierce.

Anti-Tragus

A piercing through the loose skin on the underside of the penis along the frenulum. When getting multiple, this is sometimes referred to as a "Jacob's ladder". Like all genital piercings, this piercing is anatomy-dependent.

Frenum

A piercing in the penis that goes in the end of the urethra and exits through a hole on the underside where the glans meets the shaft. Often abbreviated as a “PA”. Can also be done as a "reverse PA", in which it enters the top side of the glans and exits out the urethra.

Prince Albert

A piercing of the perineum, in the space between the back of the scrotum and the anus. Like all genital piercings, this piercing is anatomy-dependent.
